Sean and his yard enjoyed great success at Saturday’s Highveld Feature Season Awards, which took place at Turffontein.
Not only was Sean crowned Champion Trainer Of The Season, but three of the stable’s equine stars picked up awards on Saturday.

Under Your Spell, a former flagbearer for Sean Tarry Racing, made waves at Thursday’s Chairman’s Sale in Australia.

Sean Tarry Racing had a good day on Thursday, when the stable sent out two winners at Turffontein.

The stable sent out four fillies to win graded races on Saturday, with the yard’s  evergreen star Nebraas running a game second in Saturday’s Listed TAB Gold Bowl. The Tarry stable also sent out Mrs Browning to finish a creditable second in Saturday’s G2  TAB Senor Santa Stakes.

The Tarry stable sent out the well bred Mystical Miss to make a good, winning debut at Turffontein on Saturday.

Sean and his team picked up a number of well bred yearlings at last week's National Yearling Sale. Among the yard's new acquisitions are yearlings sired by the likes of Master Of My Fate, Querari, The United States and Vercingetorix.

The stable's new hopes also hail from some of the best families in the stud book, and hopes are high this draft contains some top-class racehorses.

The National Yearling Sale has provided Sean Tarry Racing with some truly outstanding horses, with numerous Tarry-trained stars sold off this sale, including such champions as Aslan, Bless My Stars, Celtic Sea, Legal Eagle, Mrs Geriatrix, and Thunderstruck. The recent G1 TAB SA Derby winner Legend Of Arthur is the latest G1 winner for the yard to have been purchased off the National Yearling Sale.

Sean Tarry Racing sent out Tin Pan Alley to make a smart, winning debut at the Vaal on Thursday.
